Family-friendly baked chicken tenders with homemade honey mustard sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) while lightly oiling a large baking dish.
  • Combine panko, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika in a medium bowl. In a separate small bowl, stir together mustard, honey, and olive oil.
  • Cut chicken horizontally into thin fillets, then slice each fillet into strips. Dip strips in mustard mixture, coat in panko, and place in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the tenders are golden brown, remembering to flip halfway through.
  • Create the sauce by combining garlic, mustard, honey, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Serve the flavorful sauce alongside the crispy chicken tenders.
