Marinate tilapia in honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and garlic for a tasty baked dish.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 (3 ounce) fillets tilapia
  • cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and garlic in a bowl. Add the tilapia fillets to the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Take out the tilapia from the marinade and dispose of the marinade. Transfer the fillets onto the baking sheet and generously sprinkle black pepper on top.
  • Cook in the oven until the fish is easily flaked with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.
