Buttery honey wheat rolls made effortlessly in a bread machine for irresistible flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 2.75 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1.25 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Add ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's order. Choose the dough cycle and start.
  • After the dough cycle is complete, transfer the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out to a thickness of 3/4 inch. Use a 3 to 4 inch biscuit cutter to create rolls. Put the rolls on greased cookie sheets, cover, and let them rise until doubled in size, which should take about 1 hour. While waiting, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • After baking in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, brush the freshly baked rolls with melted butter.
