Homemade honey wheat oat bread, ideal for sandwiches, toast, and snacking, made effortlessly in a bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup water (80 degrees F/27 degrees C)
  • 0.75 cup milk (80 degrees F/27 degrees C)
  • 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.75 cup oats
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1.25 cups wheat flour
  • 1.25 cups bread flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • In the bread machine pan, add warm water, milk, oil, honey, salt, oats, oat flour, wheat flour, bread flour, and yeast in the order given.
  • Adjust the settings to achieve a light crust as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
