Easy, soft honey wheat bread made in a bread machine - a timeless family favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1.125 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 cups bread flour
  • 0.33333298563957 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add water, honey, oil, whole wheat flour, bread flour, salt, and yeast to the bread machine, following the order listed. If the manufacturer recommends a different order, follow their instructions.
  • Select the Whole Wheat cycle and set the color to light.
  • Take the freshly baked loaf out of the machine once the cycle completes, typically after 3 hours.
