Honey Dijon chicken tenders: sweet, savory, easy to make.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour, or as needed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, or more as needed
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Spread the flour in one dish, blend the honey and Dijon mustard in another, and fill the third dish with bread crumbs.
  • Season the chicken tenders with a delicious sprinkle of salt and pepper. Give them a lovely coating of flour, a luxurious dip into the honey-mustard mixture, and a satisfying roll into the bread crumbs, making sure to press the crumbs gently into the chicken.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet. Sear chicken until beautifully golden, about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip the tenders, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, and continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked and gorgeously golden, another 2 to 3 minutes.
