Transform grilled chicken with a zesty marinade of lemon, honey, and Dijon mustard for a deliciously sweet and tangy dish that will satisfy the whole family.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup canola oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian herb seasoning
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Combine canola oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herb seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Transfer the marinade into a resealable plastic bag and add the chicken breasts. Seal the bag and evenly coat the chicken by massaging the marinade into the chicken. Double bag to prevent leaks and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush the grate with a light coating of oil.
  • Take out chicken breasts from the bag and dispose of the marinade. Grill chicken until cooked through, about 7 to 8 minutes per side, or until juices run clear.
