Impress at your fall potluck with a crowd-pleasing pan of delicious pumpkin pie.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 15 candy pumpkins
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine all crust ingredients in a medium bowl using a fork until the mixture is crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, whisk or use an electric mixer to blend all filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over the partially baked crust.
  • Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely for about 40 minutes.
  • In a cold small bowl, use an electric mixer on high speed to beat whipping cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Cut the dessert into squares, serve with whipped cream, and top each serving with a candy pumpkin garnish.
