Indulge in this fiery shrimp extravaganza for a taste sensation like no other!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients, excluding the oil, in a large glass or plastic bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 13x9x2 inch rectangular pan with cooking spray. Place shrimp in a single layer in the pan.
  • Bake until shrimp are pink and firm, about 10-12 minutes. Drizzle with oil and serve hot with toothpicks.
