Try a comforting hot banana smoothie with honey as a cozy alternative to hot chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 2 small ripe bananas, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1.5 cups milk, divided
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Combine mashed bananas and brown sugar in a bowl. Cook in a small saucepan over medium heat until bananas start to brown, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add 1 cup of milk and heat until steaming. Stir in honey and cinnamon until honey dissolves.
  • Carefully pour the banana mixture into a blender, making sure not to fill it more than halfway. Secure the lid tightly and pulse a few times before blending until smooth. Gradually incorporate the remaining 1/2 cup of milk until creamy.
