- 2 banana peels
Instructions:
- Trim banana peels. Boil water in a large pot. Drop in 1 banana peel. Turn off heat, cover, and steep for 10 minutes. Add the other banana peel. Steep for an additional 10 minutes. Stir well. Strain into mugs and serve hot.
