Try this tasty campfire breakfast couscous from my kayaking trip - a 6-day adventure turned into a favorite homemade dish!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups dry couscous
  • 0.5 cup slivered almonds
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 0.33333334326744 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring milk, honey, and cinnamon to a boil. Add couscous immediately and remove from heat.
  • Allow mixture to rest, enhancing flavors for 5 minutes. Gently fold in crunchy almonds, sweet apricots, and juicy raisins.
