Indulge in decadent Hot Chocolate Pancakes made with Bisquick®, chocolate milk, cocoa, and sugar. Top with your favorite hot chocolate fixings for a delightful brunch delight.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate-flavor syrup, warmed
  • Sweetened whipped cream
  • Miniature marshmallows
  • Chocolate candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except Toppings until well blended. Preheat a nonstick griddle to 375°F or a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. To test the griddle, sprinkle with a few drops of water - if bubbles jump around, it's ready. Brush with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray before heating.
  • Pour a generous dollop of batter for each pancake onto the hot griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the top and edges look dry, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until the edges are light golden brown.
  • Drizzle chocolate-flavored syrup over the pancakes, then add a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate candy sprinkles.
