Decadent hot cocoa brownies: a cozy winter treat for potlucks.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups hot cocoa mix
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose white flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x11-inch baking pan.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine hot cocoa mix and butter. Microwave for about 3 minutes until the butter is mostly melted. Stir until creamy. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well. Pour in milk and mix until batter is thick and creamy. Finally, stir in the flour.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 65 minutes until the mixture is set and sticky. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
