Delicious ice cream sandwich parfait topped with peanut butter-chocolate sauce and peanuts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter
  • 19 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
Instructions:
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate syrup in the microwave for about 2 minutes on high, pausing every 30 seconds. Be careful not to let it boil. Mix in the peanut butter until smooth. Let it cool to room temperature.
  • Begin by arranging a layer of ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. Then, generously spread half of the whipped topping over the sandwiches, followed by half of the chocolate mixture, and a sprinkling of half the peanuts. Repeat these layers once more. Pop it in the freezer until it's nice and firm, which should take at least 1 hour. Finally, cut it into squares and serve with delight.
