Spiral ham and cheese biscuits - perfect for brunch or as appetizers for any cocktail party.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon or whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 lb (about 6 slices) deli ham
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and generously grease a 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
  • Combine Bisquick mix and milk in a medium bowl until a thick dough forms. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and use a floured rolling pin to shape it into a large 1/4 inch thick rectangle.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, and honey to create a flavorful sauce. Spread a generous amount of the sauce evenly over the dough. Layer on the ham and cheese.
  • Roll up the dough tightly from one long end, then use a sharp knife to slice it into 8 equal rolls. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish with the cut side facing down.
  • Bake until golden, about 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately with the remaining honey mustard sauce.
