Elevate your pepperoni pizza with goat cheese, roasted tomatoes, and spinach, topped with a delicious hot honey drizzle for the perfect blend of sweet and spicy flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (6.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Pizza Crust Mix
  • Water as called for on pouch
  • 1/2 cup fire roasted crushed tomatoes (from 14.5-oz can)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 16 slices pepperoni (from 6-oz package)
  • 1 1/2 cups lightly packed baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 2 oz crumbled goat cheese (from 4-oz package)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F and generously spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Follow the instructions on the crust pouch to prepare the dough. Using floured fingers, shape the dough into a 12-inch circle on the pan, working from the center outwards. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  • Evenly layer tomatoes on parbaked crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tomatoes. Add pepperoni slices in an even layer. Finish with spinach and goat cheese on top.
  • Bake until the crust is a rich golden brown and the cheeses are perfectly melted, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Hot Honey ingredients. Microwave on High for 1 minute, then allow it to cool slightly. Drizzle the pizza with the Hot Honey before serving.
