Spicy, cheesy Mexican bean dip with refried beans, jalapeños, and taco seasoning - perfect for any party!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package dry taco seasoning mix
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced, or more to taste
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
  • In a large bowl, combine refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Gently fold in jalapeño pepper. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • After baking for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
