30-minute cheesy bean dip, a crowd-pleaser at any event. Enjoy warm with tortilla chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 0.5 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 5 drops hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Blend cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Combine refried beans, half of the Cheddar cheese, half of the Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, parsley, taco seasoning, and hot pepper sauce.
  • Spread mixture into an 8x12-inch baking dish and generously top with remaining Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  • Cook in the oven until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
