Indulge in a skinny yet luxurious hot mocha made with skim milk, perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 1 packet Sweet'N Low granulated sugar substitute, or to taste
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 0.5 cup Skim milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cocoa powder, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Combine cocoa and granulated sugar substitute in a small mug. Stir in a few tablespoons of coffee until cocoa is fully dissolved. Pour in the rest of the coffee.
  • Create a luxurious milk foam layer and generously spoon it over your hot mocha. For an extra touch, sprinkle a pinch of cocoa powder on top.
