Try this tangy and cheesy shrimp spread on crispy toasted bread for a quick and tasty snack!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay TM seasoning
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Finely chop the shrimp. In an 8x8 inch baking dish, mix together the shrimp, yellow onion, bell pepper, garlic, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, Old Bay™ seasoning, black pepper, salt, and 3/4 cup of cheese. Sprinkle the reserved 1/4 cup of cheese evenly over the top.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
