Prep ahead this tasty sandwich for easy grab-and-go convenience!
Ingredients:
  • 250g Cottage Cheese
  • 20.00 ml dill, chopped
  • 300g Stone Baked White Batard, split
  • 40g 4 Leaf Salad Mix
  • 185g hot smoked salmon, skin removed, flaked
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
  • Mix the cottage cheese and dill in a small bowl. Season with pepper to taste.
  • Lay the bread base on a tidy work surface. Pile on the salad mix, cottage cheese blend, and salmon. Add a touch of lemon juice. Place the bread top. Slice into quarters before serving.
