Baked Cheddar and onion dip with a creamy twist, perfect for dipping with crackers or bread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large sweet onion (such as Vidalia®), finely chopped
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Combine the onions, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, and sugar in a pie plate and mix well.
  • Bake until golden brown and bubbly around the edges in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
