"Whip up homemade houmous for a taste of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. It's quick, easy, and seriously delicious!"
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 700 g jar of quality chickpeas
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine chickpeas with their juice in a blender. Squeeze in lemon juice, add peeled garlic, cumin, sea salt, tahini, and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Blend until creamy, adjusting seasoning as needed with extra oil. Enjoy topped with Amba sauce as part of a Middle Eastern spread!
