Wholesome chickpea hummus, a nutrient-rich snack with high protein and fiber, packed with copper for healthy hair and skin. Enjoy with crisp veggies, breadsticks, or warm flatbreads.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 400 g tin of chickpeas
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 lemon
Instructions:
  • Transfer the drained chickpeas to a food processor. Add peeled garlic, tahini, lemon juice, oil, and a pinch of sea salt. Blitz until smooth, scraping down the sides with a spatula as needed. Adjust consistency with more lemon juice or water if desired. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with sliced crunchy vegetables and warm flatbreads.
