Protein-packed chickpeas with essential micronutrients for glowing skin and healthy hair.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 660 g jar of chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • ½ a clove of garlic
  • ½ a lemon
Instructions:
  • Find a jar of high-quality chickpeas for the best flavor. Put the chickpeas, including the juice, into a blender. Add tahini, yogurt, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and peeled garlic. Squeeze in lemon juice and blend until smooth. Season to taste and serve with an extra sprinkle of cayenne. Enjoy with 80g of fresh seasonal crunchy vegetable crudités for a delicious snack.
