Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • Buttered bread, toasted, cut into fingers, to serve
  • 4.80 gm sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 0.63 gm ground paprika
  • 0.63 gm ground cumin
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, cover the eggs with cold water. Heat over medium heat until a gentle simmer, stirring the eggs gently in a clockwise direction. Boil softly for 3 minutes (soft), 6 minutes (medium), or 8 minutes (hard).
  • Prepare the seasoned salt by mixing sea salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin in a small dish.
  • Gently lift the boiled eggs from the water using a slotted spoon. Place them in egg cups and instantly enjoy them with a sprinkle of seasoned salt and accompanied by toast fingers.
