Delicious peanut sauce perfect for spring rolls, grilled meats, and veggies - a versatile must-have!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 0.5 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha), or to taste
  • 1 (5.6 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons chopped red bell pepper, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chopped peanuts, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine peanut butter with garlic, brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. Stir in lime juice and Sriracha until well mixed.
  • Simmer coconut milk in a saucepan until hot. Pour over peanut butter mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • Serve the dish in a bowl and top it with diced red pepper, fresh cilantro, and crunchy peanuts.
