Bake cupcake cones topped with vanilla frosting for a fun birthday treat that looks like ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 30 flat bottomed ice cream cones
  • 1 (16 ounce) container vanilla frosting
  • 1 ounce colored candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a large bowl and beat on medium speed with a mixer (or vigorously by hand for 2 minutes) until well blended.
  • Place each ice cream cone with the flat bottom into a standard nonstick muffin pan (two pans will be needed). Fill each cone with batter until 1/2 to 2/3 full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centers comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
  • Finish the cake with a generous layer of frosting and a sprinkle of colorful sprinkles.
