Indulge in a decadent frozen peanut butter chocolate ice cream lasagna - a guaranteed crowd pleaser for any gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 24 frozen ice cream sandwiches, divided
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter, divided
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 16 peanut butter cups, chopped, divided
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar hot fudge ice cream topping, divided
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping, divided
Instructions:
  • Place 12 ice cream sandwiches evenly at the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Microwave the peanut butter until warm and spreadable, then spread half over the ice cream sandwiches.
  • Fold instant chocolate pudding mix gently into fluffy whipped topping until fully combined, then generously spread half of this luscious mixture over the delectable peanut butter layer.
  • Layer half of the peanut butter cups onto the fluffy whipped topping.
  • Open jars of hot fudge and caramel toppings, microwave on low power in 10-second intervals until warm and liquid. Drizzle half of each sauce over peanut butter cups.
  • Create layers by alternating between the remaining ice cream sandwiches, peanut butter, whipped topping mix, peanut butter cups, hot fudge sauce, and caramel sauce.
  • Chill dessert until firm, for 1 to 2 hours.
