Ingredients:
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 2.5 cups vanilla ice cream, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Transfer the ice cream to a large bowl and gently fold in the flour until a dough forms. Use your hands to lightly knead the dough into a ball, adding more flour if needed to prevent sticking.
  • Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a 9x13 inch rectangle. Cut out 12 circles that are 3 inches in diameter and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until beautifully golden and fully cooked, around 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
