Exotic and refreshing fruity dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 270ml coconut cream
  • 60g (1/3 cup) grated palm sugar or brown sugar
  • 565g can lychees, drained
  • 2 mangoes, cheeks removed, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 2 avocados, stone removed, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine lush coconut cream with sweet sugar in a bowl, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves.
  • In a serving bowl, artfully layer lychees, mango, avocado, and ice. Finish by generously drizzling the coconut cream mixture over the fruits.
