Indulge in a decadent Father's Day ice cream sundae to finish your meal.
Ingredients:
  • 12 small scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 2 large bananas, thinly sliced
  • 50g chocolate-coated honeycomb bar, finely chopped
  • 62.50 ml slivered almonds, toasted
  • 59.40 gm brown sugar
  • 40g butter, chopped
  • 83.33 gm thickened cream
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 20g butter, chopped
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Create delicious caramel sauce: Combine sugar, butter, and cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until smooth. Let it simmer for another 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened. Transfer to a small jug.
  • For the chocolate fudge sauce, simply combine chocolate, butter, and cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly for 4 to 5 minutes until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth. Then, transfer the sauce to a small jug.
  • Arrange scoops of creamy vanilla ice-cream and sliced fresh banana on a serving platter. Generously drizzle with your favorite sauces. Finish by sprinkling with crunchy honeycomb pieces and sliced almonds. Serve promptly to enjoy at its best.
