Delicious imitation crab salad with bread, celery, onion, mayo, sour cream, and seasoning. Ideal for summer!
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.5 (1 pound) loaf sourdough bread, cubed
  • 1 pound imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 0.5 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
Instructions:
  • Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the saucepan and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Afterward, remove the eggs from the hot water, let them cool, and then peel and chop them.
  • Cut off the crust from the bread and chop it into cubes.
  • In a spacious bowl, mix bread cubes, eggs, imitation crab meat, celery, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator until serving time.
