Impossibly Easy Bacon Cheeseburger Balls (With Make-Ahead Directions)

Bite-sized bacon cheeseburger flavor bombs!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 lb uncooked lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 oz)
  • 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • Ketchup and mustard, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 15x10x1-inch pan.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, excluding ketchup and mustard, and mix well by hand or with a spoon. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them in a pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, then promptly remove from the pan. Enjoy the warm dish by serving with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
  • Prepare through step 2 as directed. Refrigerate covered for up to 12 hours. Remove cover and bake as directed in step 3.
