Impossibly Easy Cheesy Tuna Pie

Indulge in a decadent tuna casserole pie with a creamy twist from cream cheese cubes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shredded process sharp American cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1/3 cup frozen green peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, well drained
  • 1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 3/4 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Combine American cheese, peas, onions, tuna, and pimientos in a pie plate. Sprinkle cream cheese cubes on top. Mix the remaining ingredients until well blended, then pour the mixture into the pie plate.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean (some cheese may stick to the knife). Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
