- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 medium green onions, sliced ( 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ Baking Mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x1 1/4 inch pie plate, then combine spinach, cheese, and onions in the plate.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together until fully combined. Transfer the mixture into a pie plate.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
