Impossibly Easy Cheesy Chile Pie

Whip up a quick and delicious chile relleno-inspired pie in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles, well drained
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 3/4 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • Thick & chunky salsa, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Generously coat a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Arrange chiles, cheese, and cilantro evenly in the pie plate.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs in a medium bowl until well mixed, then transfer the mixture into a pie plate.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with salsa.
