Whip up a quick and delicious chili cheese bake with ground beef for the perfect family dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) whole tomatoes, drained, cut up
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 package (1 oz) chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Sour cream, if desired
  • Shredded lettuce, if desired
  • Chopped tomatoes, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. In a 10-inch skillet, brown beef over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, onion, and chili seasoning mix, then transfer mixture to the pie plate. Top with olives and cheese before baking.
  • Mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs in a medium bowl using a wire whisk or fork until well combined, then transfer the mixture to a pie plate.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Top with sour cream, lettuce, and chopped tomatoes for a delicious finish.
