Impossibly Easy Mini Cheeseburger Pies

Quick and easy beef pie made with cheesy, flavorful Bisquick® mix, perfect for a family dinner in just an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 12 mini kosher dill pickles
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • Ketchup and mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • In a 10-inch skillet, sauté the beef and onion over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through; remember to stir frequently. Drain any excess fat. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then mix in Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and cheese.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together baking mixture ingredients until well blended. Spoon a scant tablespoon of the baking mixture into each muffin cup, then top it with about 1/4 cup of burger mixture. Finish by adding another tablespoon of the baking mixture on top of the burger mixture in each muffin cup.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the muffin tops are golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Using a thin knife, gently loosen the sides of the muffins from the pan, then remove them and place them top side up on a cooling rack. Cool for another 10 minutes, then serve with your favorite garnishes.
