Impossibly Easy Turkey Ranch Pie

Indulge in savory turkey and vegetables baked with creamy ranch, topped with gooey Monterey Jack cheese slices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 envelope (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a toasty 400°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate, then simply arrange turkey and mixed veggies in the plate. Lastly, generously sprinkle with cheese.
  • Blend the remaining ingredients together until well-combined, then transfer the mixture into a pie plate.
  • Bake for 33 to 38 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
