Marinate chicken drumettes or wings in zesty Indian flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 189.38 gm thickened cream
  • 87.50 gm tikka masala curry paste
  • 82.50 ml coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 1kg chicken drumettes*
Instructions:
  • In a large ceramic dish, mix cream, curry paste, coriander, and lemon juice. Add drumettes and toss until they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 200°C and prepare a baking tray with a delicate lining of baking paper.
  • Take the marinated chicken out. Transfer it to a baking tray. Bake until golden and fully cooked, about 30-35 minutes. Serve hot.
