Elevate your dish with a homemade Indian spice blend.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml ground cumin seeds
  • 20.00 ml ground coriander
  • 20.00 ml turmeric
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 28.80 gm sea salt flakes
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Toast cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, and garam masala in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Shake the pan frequently for 5 to 8 minutes until fragrant. Then, move the mixture to a bowl to cool.
  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
  • For extra flavor, generously season both sides of chicken thigh fillets, pork cutlets, or fish fillets with the seasoning mix. Massage the seasoning into the meat using your fingertips. Proceed to barbecue or grill as desired.
