Marinate tuna or salmon in spices, then bake to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried tarragon
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine tuna steaks with olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, cumin, and tarragon. Mix well to coat the tuna evenly. Cover with foil and marinate in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the tuna steaks on a baking sheet.
  • Cook the tuna in the preheated oven until it is tender and easily flakes with a fork, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
