Individual Air Fryer Pear-Pomegranate Crisps

Air fry pear and pomegranate crisps in 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream for extra flair.
Ingredients:
  • butter for greasing
  • 1.75 cups diced pears
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons quick cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Gently butter the interior of 4 oven-safe ramekins.
  • Toss diced pears, pomegranate seeds, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl until evenly mixed.
  • Divide the pear mixture evenly among the 4 ramekins and top each with a teaspoon of rich, creamy unsalted butter.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt butter and honey until the butter is melted, initially for 10 seconds, and then an additional 5 seconds if needed. Be careful not to overheat to prevent any splattering.
  • Mix in the oats, almonds, and a touch of salt. Distribute the oat mixture evenly into the 4 ramekins.
  • Place the ramekins in the air fryer and air-fry until the topping is beautifully browned, for 10 to 13 minutes. Allow to cool for approximately 5 minutes, then serve while warm.
