Indulge in quick and delicious individual mixed berry crisps made effortlessly in the air fryer.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1.25 cups fresh raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Grease four 6-ounce ramekins with butter and keep the remaining butter in a medium mixing bowl for later use.
  • Mix together the blueberries, raspberries, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until the berries are coated; then distribute evenly into the ramekins.
  • Mix the 3 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt with the butter in the bowl. Add oats and cinnamon, and use a fork to create pea-sized crumbs. Fold in walnuts and distribute the mixture evenly into the ramekins.
  • Air-fry ramekins in a 5.3-quart air fryer at 350°F (175°C) until golden and bubbling, about 13-15 minutes. Keep a close eye to prevent over-browning since they cook fast!
  • Gently transfer the ramekins using tongs onto a cooling rack and let them cool for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
