Whip up these delicious creamy tuna pasta bakes for a simple and satisfying pantry meal.
Ingredients:
  • 360g macaroni
  • 250g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 575g jar spinach and garlic tuna pasta bake sauce
  • 425g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 310g can corn kernels, rinsed, drained
  • 120g tasty cheese
  • Flat-leaf parsley, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 210C. Lightly grease four 2-cup (500ml) ovenproof dishes. Cook the pasta and broccoli in salted boiling water until al dente following packet directions, then drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix the pasta, pasta sauce, tuna, and corn together. Distribute the mixture into the prepared dishes. Top with cheddar and bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
