Indulgent no-bake key lime pies - zesty, velvety, and refreshing - ideal for any summer feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.5 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
  • 1 medium lime, zested
  • 1 medium lime, sliced
Instructions:
  • Place paper liners in a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar until it resembles slightly wet sand. Press the mixture into the muffin cups and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Combine condensed milk, whipped topping, limeade concentrate, and lime zest in a medium bowl until silky and luscious. Fill each muffin cup to the brim with the lime mixture, saving any leftovers for later. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours or until desired serving time.
  • Top with vibrant lime slices for a burst of citrus flavor.
