Pork loin stir-fry with marinated veggies and vermicelli.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces vermicelli or angel hair pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 Smithfield® Garlic & Herb Seasoned Pork Loin Filet, cut into 1/4-inch thick strips
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Break the pasta into thirds and cook it in boiling water as per the package instructions. Drain the pasta once cooked.
  • Heat a generous amount of oil in a spacious skillet until sizzling. Cook the pork, garlic, and pepper flakes together until the pork is golden brown. Transfer the mixture from the skillet and set it aside for later use.
  • In a skillet, heat the remaining oil until sizzling. Stir-fry the cabbage, celery, and green onions until perfectly tender-crisp.
  • Combine pasta, stir-fried pork, and soy sauce in skillet; warm thoroughly.
