Whip up a quick tiramisu in 10 minutes with clever shortcuts. No chilling or beating needed. Best enjoyed fresh within an hour to maintain creamy texture.
Ingredients:
  • 24 savoiardi (sponge finger biscuits)
  • 2 x 237ml can Suntory Boss Coffee Boss Iced Long Black
  • 2 x 250g cans whipped cream
  • 2 x 30g Flake chocolate bar, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Layer half of the biscuits in a 7cm-deep, 21cm x 31cm baking dish. Drizzle with one can of coffee. Top with the remaining biscuits. Pour over the remaining can of coffee. Let sit for 5 minutes to soak.
  • Spread half of the cream over the biscuits, ensuring they are fully covered. Then, add the rest of the cream on top and smooth the surface.
  • Top with the decadent chocolate shavings and enjoy promptly.
